Using both COLD FUSION and Heat Seal technologies, this new automated packaging system produces a unique customer friendly mail order fulfillment package that is securely sealed, easy to open and easy to use for customer returns. This Rapid Returns pack is the first automatable, variable sized mail order fulfillment package. The recyclable poly packaging won’t stick to the contents inside, and an optional Peel-N-Stick tape strip easily converts the outgoing package into a return vehicle. If the packaging process requires an on-demand print and insert of the invoice then 2 operators could process up to 600 orders per hour.
