CH1800 Series Cold/Heat Packaging System Print on Demand Invoice

Using both COLD FUSION and Heat Seal technologies, this new automated packaging system produces a unique customer friendly mail order fulfillment package that is securely sealed, easy to open and easy to use for customer returns. This Rapid Returns pack is the first automatable, variable sized mail order fulfillment package. The recyclable poly packaging won’t stick to the contents inside, and an optional Peel-N-Stick tape strip easily converts the outgoing package into a return vehicle. With various configurations, each order can be inducted, packaged, weighed, labeled, verified, sorted and shipped in seconds! Now, keying off a bar coded “LPN” sticker attached to the product, we have the capability to print an invoice on demand and auto-insert into the package. The system is available in either 24″ or 18″ wide versions. Depending upon machine configuration and products: 2 operators could process up to 900 orders per hour if the product is presented to the system with a pre-printed, bar coded invoice. If the packaging process requires an on-demand print and insert of the invoice then 2 operators could process up to 600 orders per hour. With the new CH Series Rapid Returns Automated Packaging Solution, you’ll enjoy higher output at a significantly lower cost per package. You could recoup your investment in months… not years!
