Need companies that do “on demand printing” for t-shirts, books, CDs, etc?

Hi All,
I’m looking for a company that does something similiar to cafepress - you upload your image/data - order a product - and they make it and ship it directly to you.
It can be a small local company or big time national one - anybody that allows you to design products easily so you can sell them.
