Dwarf Printing

I have a paperback book in .pdf format, have been working with lulu.com with very mixed results re print quality.
Anyone recommend a service that will only manufacture book (i.e. no design or marketing or promotion services), that does consistently good work?

I’m looking for an online printer like Vistaprint, that can make short runs of labels for bottles about 5×7 in size. Any ideas?
