		<description>I would run disk deftragmenter. then disk cleanup (when you get to disk cleanup click the &#34;more options tab&#34; and at the bottom you will see the option to delete all but your most recent restore point) this will free up a lot of space and make your computer run faster. When done with all of the above i suggest switching your virus protection to avg free 8.5 its what i use and it catches everything. for your computer to freeze you would have to have a virus, so download and install that program then let it scan your whole computer. this can and will fix your issue if you follow my instructions. if you have any other questions feel free to email me at mattanzaldi@yahoo.com. hope this help.</description>
