When done with all of the above i suggest switching your virus protection to avg free 8.5 its what i use and it catches everything. for your computer to freeze you would have to have a virus, so download and install that program then let it scan your whole computer. this can and will fix your issue if you follow my instructions. if you have any other questions feel free to email me at mattanzaldi@yahoo.com. hope this help.
