You can put the file on a disk and take it to kinko's and get it spiral bound, but even that may cost more than $10 for a &#34;few hundred&#34; pages.

I regularly do a spiral bound of 45 pages via lulu.com and that costs more than $10. A hardcover, perfect bound of some hundreds of pages will cost a fair amount.

I think your pricing goal may have to be adjusted to be a bit more realistic.</description>
