If you do all of the formatting yourself, you will pay only the printing and shipping costs. You can put the file on a disk and take it to kinko's and get it spiral bound, but even that may cost more than $10 for a "few hundred" pages. I regularly do a spiral bound of 45 pages via lulu.com and that costs more than $10. A hardcover, perfect bound of some hundreds of pages will cost a fair amount.
