Which is better for self-publishing?

Print On Demand

I’m looking at print-on-demand publishing, and I was hoping someone had experience with any of the POD publishers there are out there. Good experiences, bad experiences? Any information is helpful.

I, too, have been considering this as well…but am afraid to take the plunge, as I have heard a lot of negative things about publishing in this manner. I will be interested to read your responses as well.

I’ve "published" a personal artbook of my photoshop projects through lulu.com, but I made just one copy. They’re reliable as far as I’m concerned.

You might want to check out http://www.e-booktime.com. Their website is very upfront and their prices look better than just about any POD I’ve seen. They are also a member of the better business bureau, and they have a 1-800 number which is prominently displayed on their home page.

Best of luck which every route you take.
