You can find quality CD inserts at CD Poster Shop www.cdpostershop.com.

If you are not in a rush get the sample of the Retail CD to determine what the inserts are like.

You can also go to www.neato.com if you want to print them yourself. However it might cost you just as much, then you have to tear out all the inserts with the perforated edges. There are a lot of insert companies out there, but CD Poster Shop has the best prices. Neato does also offer printed inserts so compare.
