		<description>There is really no need to have an LLC. Just go sole proprietorship. Do you expect to have a lawsuit from the sale of your book? Then there is really no need to differentiate yourself from your business. Also, are you going to start a business to sell your books? You need to get the proper licensing from your state.</description>

		<description>The only reason you'd need to do an LLC is if maybe you will be sued.  An LLC acts as a entity for business - with limited ownership - if the entity has fiscal or legal problems - the owenrs might not be held accountable - unless they caused the actions.

If by chance you want someone else to have portions of the proceeds - then setup the LLC.

Otherwise - for tax purposes a sole proprietorship is okay.</description>
