I need to know the denomination on the paper money before I can tell you the value estimate. If the paper money has been badly mutilated or too worn, then it's worth the face. If it's in average circulated, it carries a small premium over face. Nice circulated condition is around 4 to 5 times face in general. But all of these can't be accurate without knowing the denomination, and of coz, the condition of the paper money.

Update : The single crease puts the note in grade nice EF, with the market value around US$150 to US$160. Any stains or tiny silverfish holes will reduce its value considerably.
